RWST Holiday Lodges has several facilities on-site to help you make the most of your break.
Work up a sweat in the gym, or simply unwind in one of two communal hot tubs. Take a short walk through the landscaped grounds to attractive riverside seating with tranquil views across the glistening River Conwy with a stunning mountainous forest backdrop. Bringing your bike? Make use of the Pedals & Paws secure bike lock-up and wash station. There is also a handy on-site launderette with washing and drying facilities.

Key Collection
You can find the keys to your cottage/apartment in the safe lock box at the entrance. Simply enter the code you have received via email. When you depart, please return the keys to the same place.
Heating
Our cottages have easy-to-use heating throughout. Please ask if you require assistance.
Fire Safety
Your safety is our highest priority. In the event of a fire, the fire extinguisher is located under the kitchen sink. The fire assembly point is in our car park at the front of our site.
Towels & Linen
You’ll have a full set of clean towels and bed linens upon arrival. If you do require any more, please do not hesitate to ask. Our team will provide this.
Cleaning
We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our cottages, and our facilities management team works to a remarkable standard at all times. Please note that we do not clean during your stay.
Launderette
Our on-site launderette, Suds, is open from 9am till 9:30pm each day. You’ll find it next to our Reception. Please note that our washing and drying facilities are coin operated.
Waste Disposal
We ask that you dispose of all rubbish in our bins, located behind Pedals & Paws. We kindly request that you help us to recycle by separating your rubbish accordingly.
Pedals & Paws
Our spacious wash station is free of charge and will guarantee your bike and/or furry friend(s) are sparkling clean after a day exploring.
Bike Storage
You’ll find our safe and secure on-site bike storage zone at Pedals & Paws. Please ask a member of the team if you require any assistance.
Gym & Sauna
Make the most of our new wellbeing zone, which includes a gym for exercise and a sauna for relaxation. You’ll find it at 25 on the map, alongside the river. It also includes changing/washroom facilities.
Hot Tub
Relax and soak up stunning views from the comfort of our hot tubs. We have two shared hot tubs on-site (6 people maximum in each), one indoor in our gym area, while the other is outdoors.
Please seek medical advice if you are unsure as to whether you can use our hot tubs.
BBQ
Our outdoor BBQ is ideal for al fresco dining with all the family. You’ll find it at 26 on map. Please remember to clean the area once you are finished, leaving it in the same sparkling condition you found it.
